In 2021, Ashbys merged with Johnsons Chartered Accountants, marking a significant milestone in both firms' histories. This strategic merger brought together complementary expertise and expanded the combined firm's capabilities and client base.

Following this merger, Johnsons Chartered Accountants became part of the Acumon group, which now encompasses the combined expertise and heritage of both Ashbys and Johnsons Chartered Accountants.
